- 7.3. Payment must be received at least 1 day prior to the scheduled service.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
- 8.1. Reservations canceled over 72 hours before the first scheduled trip are eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours.

- 8.2. Failure to contact us within 60 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time constitutes a “No-Show.”

- 8.4. If your flight or cruise ship is delayed and you don’t notify us, it will be considered a “No-Show,” and no refund will be issued.
